ABOUT
us.
We are not interested in making brands that only work in presentations.
The Decor Hub is a multidisciplinary creative studio based between Sydney and Vietnam. We work across strategy, branding, graphic design, digital and physical environments — because the strongest ideas shouldn’t stop at the edge of an identity guideline. They should survive the website. The packaging. The sign. The product. The room. The experience. That’s the standard we built the studio around.

One room
[01 / 2022]District 1, Saigon. No clients. A logo we drew ourselves.
In 2022 there was one room in District 1, Saigon, no clients, and a logo we drew ourselves. It was bad. We knew it was bad. Every studio we admired quoted a number with an extra digit on the end, and we could not afford to be taken seriously, so we met clients wherever a laptop would open and took every job that came in.
The rule from the first week was that each job, at any size, had to be finished well enough to photograph. The photograph was shown to the next person who asked. That is the whole growth strategy, and it has not changed.
We named our smallest package after that room. District One is for the person carrying a dream still too big to say out loud. We were where they are standing.
The argument we lost for three years
[02 / STRATEGY BEFORE ARTWORK]Pay for the thinking, not only the artwork.
The argument we lost for three years was about strategy. Asking a Vietnamese client to pay for the thinking, and not only for the artwork, usually ended the conversation in 2022. We kept asking, and we lost work for it, sometimes to studios who charged less and delivered a logo in a week.
We were not the only ones pushing. It took about three years for that conversation to stop being an argument, and it is a normal one now. We do not take credit for the shift. We were in the room for it.

Sydney thinks. Vietnam makes. One standard connects them.
Our strategic and creative direction runs from Sydney. Our production and craft network runs through Vietnam. That combination lets us move between the conceptual and the physical — from positioning and identity to printed matter, packaging, objects, finishes and environments.
We can design something on screen and still care about what it feels like when it lands on a table. That is not a supply-chain story. It is part of how we design.
National, international, and a tea house
[04 / THE SCALE OF THE WORK]A city of three million, a Marriott brand, an Australian AI company, and a house with no price list.
The scale of the work changed in 2026. Da Nang, the economic centre of central Vietnam and now the country’s largest city by area, gave us its theme for the next ten years: Cham ve nguyen ban, announced nationally and carried by the press rather than by paid media. The same department trusted us twice in one year, with the Enjoy Danang festival running five days across four sites underneath it.
Arbora, the first Luxury Collection residences in Asia Pacific, meant holding a standard audited by Marriott. Kira, an Australian AI company, launches in Sydney with an identity we built from the name up. The Hangart runs its brand day to day from a 56-page system we wrote, without calling us. And Youth Home, a tea house in Da Lat run by Deaf makers, got the same director and the same standard as the city did.
National programmes, international operators and a house with no price list, held to one standard, because we only have one.
What we will not do
[05 / WRITTEN DOWN]The people
[06 / FIVE PRINCIPALS · A STUDIO UNDER THEM]Five principals lead. The studio under them is credited by name.
Like any studio built to last, this one has a leadership team and a floor. The five principals set the direction: Andy signs the last thing before it ships, Ha holds the scope and asks the question everyone else was avoiding, Tien runs motion, Ngan runs artwork, Khoa runs 3D and print. Under them work the graphic designers, animators and production people who make the pieces, and every one of them is named in the credits of the case they worked on. Everyone at The Decor Hub is an Adobe Certified Professional, and two of the principals have come home from the World Graphic Design Championship with medals, a bronze in 2025 and a silver in 2026.
The method
[07 / D.E.C.O.R — FIVE STAGES, IN ORDER]Every job here runs the same five stages, in the same order, because each one is the input to the next. It is the one thing that has not changed since the room in District 1.
We go and find out what is actually true. Your competitors, your customers, and the blind spot everyone in your category shares without noticing.
One position, in one sentence, specific enough that a competitor could not put their name on it. Then the language to hold it.
The identity itself. Type drawn for you rather than licensed to everyone, and objects you can actually pick up.
Getting it onto screens, signage, packaging and everything else without it quietly falling apart along the way.
Whether it moved anything. We measure, and we tell you either way — including the times it did not.
Keep going
