This website presents the creative portfolio, strategic capabilities, and commercial offerings of The Decor Hub (“the studio”). You are welcome to browse, link, quote with attribution, and get in touch.

You may not scrape this site wholesale, reverse-engineer proprietary code, republish our work as your own, or feed our brand assets, imagery, or bespoke case studies into automated machine-learning models without express written authorisation.

The Decor Hub.™ name, wordmark, D-mark, visual identity system, website architecture, and bespoke editorial copy are the intellectual property of The Decor Hub.

Client names, trademarks, logos, and commercial packaging displayed across our selected work belong to their respective proprietors. They appear here strictly as genuine historical records of commissioned design and strategic engagements executed by our studio, displayed with client consent. Photography and video are credited where not produced in-house (e.g. The Hangart interiors by HP.STUDIO).

Our creative services and deliverables come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

• Services provided with due care and skill;
• Services that are fit for any specified purpose; and
• Services supplied within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these terms or on this website operates to exclude, restrict, or modify any statutory consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Published package tiers and estimates serve as indicative starting points. Formal engagements proceed strictly under written studio proposals, scopes of work, and deposit agreements defining milestones, rounds of iteration, and intellectual property transfer terms upon final settlement.

Where client retainers or stage invoices are paid online via our payment gateway (pay.html), transactions are executed securely through PayPal Orders v2 under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Amounts are billed in the agreed currency with no hidden processing surcharges.

We maintain high standards of code hygiene, security headers, and hosting availability. However, this website is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law (subject always to non-excludable consumer guarantees), we are not liable for incidental downtime, external third-party outages, or linked third-party websites.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia, and where physical craft production takes place, the laws of Vietnam. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
